On Sunday 30th June LMF attended the Kennel Lane School Fun Day!

We took a jewellery stall with a selection of necklaces, bracelets and handmade keyrings which were generously provided by Kay Tee Jewellery. We also had the well-known Allsorts jewellery for sale which many of the Kennel Lane students have purchased and made popular, these creative pieces are made by Sarah Cox.

Another attraction was our ‘Buy a Square’ which gave visitors the chance to win a giant Peter Rabbit and this proved popular with both children and adults.

There was something for everyone at the Fair as other stalls included a variety of tombolas, face painting, sweet stalls and even a selection of live snakes were on show. Throughout the day there was also some brilliant entertainment in the main arena such as Morris Dancers, a German Shepard Dog Show and a fantastic gymnastic performance by some of the Kennel Lane pupils.

Luckily the sun was shining and the day was a massive success for Kennel Lane as it was enjoyed by everyone.

We made a fantastic £103 and were thrilled to go along and show our support.
