Cllr May was pleased to present The Heart 2 Heart Appeal at Frimley Park Hospital with a huge donation cheque of £15,000 from his own fundraising efforts last year as Mayor. The money will help buy the vital equipment needed for the second cath lab they are building to enable 24/7 care for heart patients. Cllr May was given a very warm welcome by board members and staff from the Cardiac Team. Cllr May said, “I lost my own mother to heart disease and have been so impressed by the advancement of treament and the dedicated service at Frimley Park that I was keen to support the appeal. We should all do what we can to help.”
