FROM POWER TOOLS TO BRAIN POWER!

On Wednesday 7^th October, STIHL GB decided to put their employees’ general knowledge to the test, all in aid of raising money for the Lisa May Foundation. Over 50 of STIHL GB’s hard-working employees, their families and close friends gathered to show their support for the charity quiz night, which was held in The Surrey Arms in Camberley High Street. The quiz also featured a special bonus round dedicated to the company to see who really was the biggest egghead, and there was even a surprise “guess who” round involving baby photos of the staff themselves!

Local company, STIHL GB, have really got behind LMF this year. To date, they have raised over £6,900 for us with more to come!

Thanks to the generosity of STIHL GB and all the teams that made the night such a success. The fabulous, brain-teasing evening raised a super £420 the total was then boosted by Ray Spencer from RAS Property Care to make it up to a fabulous £540! This was a very welcome extra donation from another supportive local business. Congratulations must also go to the winning quiz team aptly named ‘Smarty Pants’!
